A TEAM OF ENGINEERS AT THE SERVICE OF YOUR COMPANY

ALPHARE-FASIS, SPECIALISTS IN STUDIES AND CONSULTING, ENVIRONMENT AND SECURITY

The French Environmental Code, and in particular the ICPE (Installations Classified for Environmental Protection) regulations, are constantly evolving, with regular changes that can significantly impact your industrial activities. It is crucial for any company to fully understand these changes and integrate them into its projects to maintain compliance and optimise risk management at its sites.

At ALPHARE-FASIS, we regularly encounter challenges related to the interpretation and implementation of ICPE regulations in the context of various projects. Whether it’s for consulting, regulatory compliance analyses, preparing ICPE applications, or conducting inspections, our team possesses in-depth expertise and a thorough understanding of the issues related to classified installations.

The experience we have accumulated over the years allows us to better understand the challenges our clients face. We therefore support you at every stage of your projects, from the design phase to the operational phase. Our goal is to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met from the outset, in order to minimise risks and avoid additional costs related to future non-compliance.

OUR STORY

In late 1995, Christine CHANSSARD, the founder, began her environmental consulting and research business. She worked as a subcontractor for engineering and research firms. In 1999, she founded ALPHARE and continued its growth. The team expanded.

ALPHARE prepares permit applications and hazard studies in the aeronautics, high-tech, grain silo, and fertiliser storage sectors, and later in the petrochemical industry.

Starting in 1999, the company also conducted health risk assessments, particularly in the field of incineration. ALPHARE broadened its client base to include all industrial sectors and developed its services for engineering firms.

From 2006, ALPHARE extended its activities to the LPG sector, offering support services for drafting methodological guides and conducting hazard studies for upper-tier SEVESO sites in preparation for the implementation of Technological Risk Prevention Plans (PPRT).

In 2013, it merged with FASIS to strengthen and consolidate its expertise in the gas sector (LPG, LNG). It is now called ALPHARE-FASIS.

Since 2015, ALPHARE-FASIS has been developing an inspection service for the periodic monitoring of classified facilities.
