Nowadays, considering the environmental impact of industrial activities is essential.
ALPHARE-FASIS has been supporting industrial companies for many years in their environmental assessment efforts.
Industrial activities (ICPE) can directly and indirectly affect the natural and human environment due to their layout, emissions, and nuisances
The ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS of an industrial facility are studied at different stages of its « life » :
- During the establishment of a new site (potential impacts on the natural environment, biodiversity, etc.),
- During commissioning and operational development (impacts on surrounding environment, on humans),
- During the review report for activities subject to IED regulations,
- During the cessation of activities (impacts of past activities on the site and its environment).
ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORISATION
ALPHARE-FASIS prepares the environmental authorisation for your project in accordance with articles R. 181-13, R. 122-5, or R. 181-14, D. 181-15-1 (IOTA), D. 181-15-2 (ICPE), R. 181-46 of the french environmental code, when creating or substantially modifying an installation. If necessary, ALPHARE-FASIS relies on a network of locally and nationally recognised partners (ecologists, hydraulic engineers, acousticians, environmental experts, etc.).
In its preliminary technical assistance missions, ALPHARE-FASIS and its partners guide you in implementing the AVOID, REDUCE, and COMPENSATE approach. This approach is then incorporated into the studies we provide.
We also assist you with:
- The completion or updating of your quantitative health risk assessment (QHRA),
- The development of a monitoring plan for your emissions into the environment.
NON-SUBSTANTIVE MODIFICATION
ALPHARE-FASIS assesses the substantiality of your modifications by implementing the methodologies in force in the field of accidental and chronic risks. We prepare the report for you.
IED RE-EXAMINATION FILE
We support you according to your needs in preparing your re-examination file if your industrial facilities are subject to IED regulations. This process involves analysing compliance with the best available techniques, both in terms of process aspects and emission limit values. ALPHARE-FASIS recognises the reduction measures implemented by the operator, such as the implementation of processes that consume less raw materials, water, and energy, and/or the implementation of the most suitable technological solutions for treating pollution and nuisances. We also assist you in updating your quantitative health risk assessment (QHRA) and in drafting your exemption request, if necessary.
CESSATION OF ACTIVITY
Upon cessation of activity, the various reports (notification of cessation of activity, report on the environmental situation of the site, and remediation report) are prepared by ALPHARE-FASIS in accordance with Article R.512-39 of the French Environmental Code. ALPHARE-FASIS implements the following methodologies when necessary: Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Residual Risk Analysis (RRA) following the implementation of a management plan.
